Series of meetings on Change Management begins with methodological charge and gunpowder

When changes in political landscape and weather are so obvious, it was time to start at series of events dedicated to Change Management.

Two dozens of BMI Alumni and friends has gathered last Thursday to start the series with a methodological charge by Linas Šneideris, Senior Manager at EY Baltic, who has presented why business should transform, how to organize transformation programs and what does it practically mean for organizations and executives. Presentation put a strong foundation and formed a methodological charge for all future visits and presentations of this Series.

Tadas Karkalas, Head of Baltic Business Strategy and Change at Danske Bank, has added some gunpowder with financial and intercultural flavor while sharing his experiences about Transformation at Danske Bank while creating a single business unit in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Second event of this series is planned to be organized in the second part of November at Vilnius Water Company (Vilniaus vandenys). Company’s CEO Aidas Ignatavičius will explain changes he has managed previously at Lithuanian electricity provider LESTO and current challenges at Vilnius Water. Bonus track of this event will be a visit to Wastewater treatment plant, a must-see for every resident of Vilnius.
