Open answers to the questions "What do you really want" and "What are you longing for". Reflection on randomly selected moods/states of being like "Balance", "Innovation", "Trust", "Joy" etc.
This was part of the unusual experience during the second meeting in the HR&Leadership trends series that aimed to uncover authentic self and was moderated by Remigijus Savickas.
Remigijus guided a team of BMI Alumni who decided to participate in this event through the Authenticity Map that is at the core of Authentic Leadership concept.
The Authenticity Map consists of 5 five primal emotional states, which creates our uniqueness and each Human being must to experience them. But during our life there were particular situations during which “the holes” were created. These “holes” in our authenticity map influence our synthetic behaviour and hides our true nature and authenticity.
As Asta Dekinienė (EMBA XIV) summarized the event: "Actual, interesting and useful theme fostering human vitality."
