Another great company visit was organised by the BMI Alumni Association together with Girteka – a leading group of Baltic companies with more than 7,100 employees which provides transport and logistics services throughout Europe.

We enjoyed a great welcome by Mr. Mindaugas Raila, Chairman of the Board, and a tremendously inspiring presentation by Mr. Kristian Kaas Mortensen, Girteka’s Chief Communication Officer. Kristian spoke about communications challenges the company faces in the Scandinavian market and how it handles them. (When you are solving problems, remember to focus on these things: the truth, the essence of the matter, and ensuring a fast reaction!)
