More than 30 alumni joined a BMI Alumni event on March 17th, 2015 to share experiences in the area of people management. The evening began with presentations by Ramūnas Bagdonas of EMBA Class II, who is  Head of Human Resources at TEO LT and a former HR executive at Philip Morris International, and by Žilvinas Kulvinskis of EMBA X, Head of PR and Marketing at national public broadcaster LRT.

Aligning business and employee needs through strategic change in a large results-focused company was the focus of R. Bagdonas’s presentation. Ž. Kulvinskis then gave a fascinating overview of people  management and motivation in public radio and television – a very different organizational climate.

This was followed by a lively panel discussion, moderated by People Link Managing Partner Jurgita Lemešiūtė-Frejienė of EMBA XV.

As a pleasant finale, host TEO LT invited participants to continue exchanging ideas informally over a glass of wine.
