On this last occasion to visit the BMI Executive Institute's old premises and reminisce about the old (perhaps not so old) but certainly good times before the BMI Executive Institute moved to the new building.

1. Election of the Meeting Chairman
2. Election of the Meeting Secretary
3. Approval of the Meeting Agenda
4. Approval of the Association President's Annual Report for the previous year (2023)
5. Approval of the Annual (2023) Financial Statements
6. Election of the Association Council
7. Authorization to register the newly elected council and perform other necessary administrative actions
8. Other matters
