This Saturday BMI Alumni from 8 different Executive MBA classes competed in the second BMI Alumni Tennis Tournament.
15 participants have tried their hands in singles and doubles competitions. 　28 matches - 22 singles and 6 doubles, were played. 6 of them provided really nerve-wrecking for both the players and the audience - they were hard-fought and eventually ended in tiebreaks. It is also delightful to see that two women have already joined the tournament this year and even more are planning to play the next time.
"This tournament was the first tennis competition in my life and I am very happy with it - I will definitely try it next year", said Ramunė Zabarauskaitė (EMBA VI), who has achieved considerable results even among men.
“It is great that the BMI Alumni association organises different types of events for the members of the alumni community and that they involve members with various interests and preferences”, says Kęstutis Pusčius (EMBI XIV), to whom this tournament was the first run-in with the activities of the BMI Alumni association.
