The Annual Meeting of the BMI Alumni Executive Club was an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements. Mantas Marčiulaitis, Chairman of the BMI Alumni Executive Club Council, and Rytis Valunas, Club President, highlighted the key events of 2024.
The Club’s membership expanded rapidly, surpassing 100 active members, while overall around 300 alumni attended at least one event throughout the year. The most popular gathering? Our Christmas Party takes the crown!
But we’re more than just great parties. Company visits, thought-provoking discussions, networking opportunities, and VIP access to a top business conference were all part of the club’s agenda. One of the traditions taking shape is the BMI Alumni Executive Club trip to the Nordic Business Forum. We also want to extend our gratitude to our sponsors, who remain a vital part of our financial model. However, our core mission is to create value for members and ensure the club thrives primarily through member contributions. With such rapid membership growth, we’re confident we’re heading in the right direction.

The evening concluded with an insightful discussion led by BMI alumnus Vytautas Šilinskas, former Minister of Social Security and Labour. Moderated by Mantas Marčiulaitis, the conversation explored the challenges of driving innovation in both public and private sectors, overcoming bureaucratic hurdles, and effective strategies for motivating teams in different organizational environments.
