Round table, fruits, tea, yoga carpets and more than 20 BMI alumni in a brightly lit room at G7 sport center.
And incredibly warm and sincere welcome by the host and owner of the place, former member of the Board of BMI Alumni, Irma Liubertienė accompanied by one of the leading Chinese medicine specialists in Lithuania, Vitalijus Naumavičius.
More than 2 hours of unusual, deep, mind shifting discussion about health, balance, harmony, vocations, meditation, and ways to regain energy and calm down in stressful situations.
Including practical (!!!) half hour meditation practice led by Irma! And two very nice giveaways – one personal session with Vitalijus Naumavičius and one session of vertical floating in a dead see bath.
Everybody left this meeting feeling a little bit different, changed, moved and inspired. Feeling relaxed and better prepared.
P.S. 4-7-11 is a breathing technique used to calm down. Count to 4 while inhaling, count to 7 keeping, count to 11 exhaling
